CCG is pleased to be involved in its local area Partnerships for mental health. There are three such Partnerships:

  • Children and Young People Mental Health Partnership
  • Mental Health Partnership (Adults)
  • Dementia Partnership

Children and Young Mental Health Partnership

This interagency group is made up of local organisations that are exploring improvements to provision to address mental health awareness, prevention and early intervention, crisis care and recovery.

Dementia Partnership

The interagency partnership for Dementia is leading on a number of improvements in relation to raising awareness of dementia; dementia friendly communities and improving support to people.
